Once we decided to renovate our deck and upgrade it from a ran down wood plank deck to a composite deck, we contacted approximately three companies for estimates. We decided to go into contract with Best Construction Choice Inc for a few reasons. Miri was always in communication with us and for any questions or concerns we had were always addressed in a timely manner. Considering we are visual people he came to our home with samples of color combinations best suited for our home. Miri was very thorough in explaining everything down to the most minuscule detail. Every component of the deck and option we had for the space provided and our budget.

Miri’s response time was impressive and very straightforward about our material and design options. The estimate was transparent, however we did have to raise our budget to protect our investment. Miri did not pressure us into expensive features. He set clear expectations for the timeline and budget from the start. We went into contract at the peak of summer but their work and work ethic regardless of temperature wasn’t diminished. Miri’s staff was very polite and professional. The deck boards are perfectly aligned, the railing is secure and stable The overall construction feels solid and met our expectations. The site was kept clean and orderly at the end of each workday and all debris was removed upon completion. Miri also understood the vision of utilizing underneath the deck and created a gate for access. He added solar lights to the deck and the front of the house for very polished and elegant look.

While making this house a home we’ve had our fare share of greedy and unprofessional contractors and companies. This isn’t one of those cases. We went over budget, but we are extremely pleased with the final result and the entire process. We absolutely recommend Best Construction Choice Inc to anyone who ask without hesitation. They’re very professional and true to their word. Qualities that are very rare these days
